Delivery will be within 24 hours after we have confirmed your payment.
Return, Refund and Cancellation Policies
Holland Tulips’ service is to make our customers happy at all times. Cancellation of order should be done at least one day before the date of delivery. On the return, if the recipient refused to accept the product, we will notify the sender that the recipient refused to accept and that we will wait for his/her representative to pick up the undelivered goods within 7 days. The goods will be kept in our store chiller. Should the customer failed to have the goods pick up and the goods wilted, in this case, we cannot refund the customer because of the characteristics of our products which is highly perishable.
